Have We Discovered the Cause of Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, and ALS?
The gut and brain are strongly interconnected. That’s why in Functional Medicine we always take the gut into account, along with the rest of the body, when trying to understand a brain disease. Unfortunately, conventional medicine likes to look at each part of the body separately, which may be why doctors have a hard time effectively treating neurological diseases like Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, and ALS. Knowing that the gut affects the brain and understanding the far-reaching role of the microbiome has led this week’s guest on The Doctor’s Farmacy to approach neurodegenerative conditions with a whole new perspective. Dr. Jay Lombard is an internationally acclaimed neurologist, author, and keynote speaker specializing in neuroimmunological conditions and medical mysteries. Dr. Lombard integrates biological, psychological, and existential components in his holistic treatment approach. Dr. Lombard’s clinical experience revealed an interesting pattern: one patient with ALS also had small intestine bacterial overgrowth, then another who had ulcerative colitis, another had Crohn’s, and so on. He started seeing the connection between these bacterial imbalances and Clostridium difficile, or C. diff, and the link to neurological symptoms. This episode of The Doctor’s Farmacy is brought to you by Thrive Market. Thrive Market has made it so easy for me to stay healthy, even with my intense travel schedule. I never let myself get into a food emergency. Instead, I always carry enough food with me when I’m on the go, for at least a full day. I order real, whole foods online from Thrive Market. PNTV: Fat for Fuel by Joseph Mercola
Here are 5 of my favorite Big Ideas from "Fat for Fuel" by Joseph Mercola. Hope you enjoy! Dr. Mercola is a super-popular alternative health physician who runs the equally popular site Mercola.com. In this book, we get a look at his “Mitochondrial Metabolic Therapy” program. MMT for short. As you could probably guess, this is a high-fat (+ “adequate” protein + low-carb) diet. If that approach fires you up, I think you’ll love the book. If not, well… :) Big Ideas we explore include: meeting our mitochondria (the key to health), why “adequate” protein is where it’s at (not low or moderate or high but “adequate”!), mTOR (the cancer switch), good fats (vs. bad ones), peak fasting, and how to win the urge war. From incurable disease to med-free (1 man's story)
From incurable disease to med-free (1 man's story) When Phillip Stutts was still in his 30s, he was diagnosed with achalasia — a rare disorder of the esophagus that makes eating almost impossible and that typically affects people in their 60s, 70s, and 80s. It would have been very easy for Phillip to throw up his hands and give up. After all, there’s NO cure for achalasia. But that’s not what Phillip did. Instead, he resolved to not only defeat his condition, but to find a cure — something most medical professionals think is impossible. On this episode, Phillip talks to Dr. Gundry about how the Plant Paradox helped him get off his medications, how he stays positive despite the setbacks, and the 1 thing you should NEVER skimp on. Mentioned on this episode: Phillip’s article in Inc Magazine https://www.inc.com/bill-carmody/planning-your-moonshot-embrace-the-change-thats-coming.html Phillip’s most recent update on his “moonshot” https://medium.com/@PhillipStutts/the-moonshot-chapter-10-update-on-my-clinical-trial-a0bb9bdc47c3 The Plant Paradox https://www.barnesandnoble.com/w/the-plant-paradox-steven-r-md-gundry-md/1123951211?ean=9780062427137#/ Antioxidant precursor molecule could improve Parkinson's https://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2019/07/190716095545.htm

The 5 Biggest Ketosis Mistakes
The 5 Biggest Ketosis Mistakes #1 - Not Enough Fats By sufficiently restricting carbs (and protein) you’ll enter a state of ketosis, so even if you’re fat intake is lower than it should be, you’ll likely maintain a ketogenic state A common problem people have is that their ratio between fats, carbs, and protein is off, causing them to feel sluggish and lethargic - creates an unsustainable way of eating/living. • Realistically, it should be 90-8-2 #2 - Not Accurately Testing Many keto dieters that only track their food intake assume that they are in ketosis and neglect using proper testing methods to verify their metabolic state Blood ketone meters test for BHB in the blood and are one of the more accurate, albeit, expensive ways to test for ketones Acetoacetate can be measured directly in the urine through the use of urine test strips They are easy to use and very cheap; the only downside is that after a while, once you have become keto-adapted, your body becomes efficient at using acetoacetate and you will have a lower reading of ketone levels on the strip The best, yet most costly, way of testing for ketones is via a breath meter - acetate is excreted through the breath and has been found to correlate very closely to levels of BHB in the blood It is the most expensive way to test for ketosis, but breath meters are a one-time purchase and are reusable #3 - Neglection of Gut Health Dieting mistakes can contribute to imbalances in the microbiome that causes more pathogenic bacteria to be produced than commensal bacteria As a result, health issues arise due to inflammation that is associated with metabolic endotoxemia (endotoxemia - presence of endotoxins in the blood) - this type of bacteria contains lipopolysaccharides (LPS), also known as endotoxins, within their cell wall When LPS enters a person’s bloodstream, usually due to a leaky gut, it causes low-grade inflammation as your body’s immune system tries to get rid of the endotoxins Your microbiome always has a certain amount of gram-negative bacteria, but when pathogenic bacteria outweighs the number of commensal bacteria inflammation arises (1) High-Fat and Endotoxemia Certain bacteria prefer to consume protein, sugars, or carbs, while some prefer fats and fat is most commonly correlated with an increase in the bacteria that produce endotoxins Study A study published in the journal Diabetes, from the American Diabetes Association, found that consuming a high-fat diet (roughly 72% fat) for 4 weeks resulted in 2-3x higher levels of plasma LPS concentrations - due to an increase in LPS-containing bacteria (2) Bone Broth Broth is made by boiling bones (beef, chicken, fish, etc) in water with an acid (like vinegar) and optional spices, vegetables and herbs. Broth can boil for as little as 4 hours or up to 48 Collagen The main structural protein found within the human body that helps form connective tissue and “seals” the mucosal lining of the GI tract Glutamine Bone broth also contains glutamine, which has protective effects on intestinal mucosa by decreasing bacteremia and epithelial cell apoptosis, enhancing gut barrier function, and influencing gut immune response - glutamine can fight against bad gut flora by protecting against mucosal breakdown in the gut (3) #4 - Dehydration Carbs hold a lot of water, so when in a ketogenic state - especially in the beginning - your body burns through the stored glucose in your liver and muscles, so you’ll be releasing a lot of water Plus, your kidneys will start excreting excess sodium as the levels of your circulating insulin drop - Fat oxidation is at its greatest when your insulin levels are low Additionally, drinking more water will encourage the breakdown of more fat as the ketones that are expelled in your urine are replaced with new ones produced as fat is being burned up #5 - Lack of Mineral Supplementation A drinking a lot of water while on keto results in the loss of electrolytes/minerals to be excreted through urination Sodium, magnesium and potassium are excreted in high amounts on low-carb diets and many keto dieters fail to supplement them References 1) What You Need to Know About a High-Fat Diet | HuffPost. Carnivore Diet - What They Don't tell you about Fiber
Get Chomps' Non-GMO, Grass-fed Beef Sticks (Use code 'FALLKETO' for 20% off!): https://chomps.com/products/cracked-pepper-n-sea-salt-venison Click Here to Subscribe: http://Bit.ly/ThomasVid My Website: http://ThomasDeLauer.com Special Thanks to my team and Nicholas Norwitz - Oxford Ketone PhD Researcher and Harvard Med Student - for working diligently on research as well! Study - World Journal of Gastroenterology 63 cases of idiopathic constipation were enrolled into the study Patients were asked to go on a no fiber diet for 2 weeks Thereafter, they were asked to reduce the amount of dietary fiber intake to a level that they found acceptable Dietary fiber intake, symptoms of constipation, difficulty in evacuation of stools, anal bleeding, abdominal bloating or abdominal pain were recorded at 1 and 6 months The median age of the patients (16 male, 47 female) was 47 years At 6 months, 41 patients remained on a no fiber diet, 16 on a reduced fiber diet, and 6 resumed their high fiber diet for religious or personal reasons Patients who stopped or reduced dietary fiber had significant improvement in their symptoms while those who continued on a high fiber diet had no change Of those who stopped fiber completely, the bowel frequency increased from one motion in 3.75 days to one motion in 1.0 day Those with reduced fiber intake had increased bowel frequency from a mean of one motion per 4.19 days to one motion per 1.9 days on a reduced fiber diet Why This Is The researchers speculated that there may be a disconnect between what the layman classifies as constipation and how it should be treated, and what constipation actually is Most people define constipation as failing to pass stool - and what we’re told is that if we make more poop (by adding more fiber to the diet and bulking things up), it will be easier to “go” However, here, the researchers speculate that the role of fiber in constipation is like merging cars in heavy traffic If there’s a jam, adding more cars doesn’t clear up the congestion - so adding more fiber and increasing the volume and bulk of poop wouldn’t necessarily make it easier to go Traffic Analogy: The only way to alleviate slow traffic would be to decrease the number of cars and to evacuate the remaining cars quickly - adding more cars would only worsen congestion In patients with idiopathic constipation and a colon packed with feces, reduction in dietary fiber would reduce fecal bulk and volume and make evacuation of the smaller and thinner feces easier Adding dietary fiber would only add to the bulk and volume and thus make evacuation even more difficult. Additional It’s often stated (even in physiology textbooks) that bulking agents improve peristalsis*, there is no proof of this in practice nor experimentally Regardless of the food ingested, small intestinal and right mid colonic contents are fluid and all indigestible dietary fiber is suspended therein Dietary fiber, therefore, cannot act as solid boluses for the initiation of peristalsis - in fact, dietary fiber has been shown to inhibit peristalsis and hold up gaseous expulsion in human experiments Dietary fiber is also associated with increased bloatedness and abdominal discomfort - insoluble fiber has been reported to worsen the clinical outcome of abdominal pain and constipation https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3435786/ Manipulating Bacteria More than 1000 types of bacteria in our gut but over 90% come from either bacteroides or firmicutes You can get changes in the gut within a single day and bacteroides are associated with weight loss AND are associated with keto diets We can’t change our gut bacteria, but we can change our diet, which permits weight loss, which is associated with a change in gut bacteria https://www.nature.com/articles/nature12820 https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/29102613 https://www.nature.com/articles/nature25178 Nicholas Norwitz - Oxford Ketone PhD Researcher and Harvard Med Student: https://www.dpag.ox.ac.uk/team/nicholas-norwitz

Clean Keto on a Budget - ALDI Grocery Haul
Click Here to Subscribe: http://Bit.ly/ThomasVid My Website: http://ThomasDeLauer.com Get the Apparel I Wear at http://Hylete.com Clean Keto on a Budget - ALDI Grocery Haul - Thomas DeLauer All right, it's Aldi time. Now I'm in California, so Aldis aren't crazy popular here but this has been a popular, popular request, people that are watching my videos. We're going to do a little keto grocery haul here at Aldi. Now Aldi does have some clean options so it will be interesting. Hopefully we can do a nice clean keto on a budget. All about trying to save a couple bucks, if we can get out of here for $150.00 for a week, that would be awesome. That's going to be the goal, let's see what happens. Let's head on in, hopefully we don't get kicked out like we have a bad habit of having happen to us. So we've got aged Parmesan cheese, we've got cheese cultures, salt and jalapeno. That's actually pretty darn clean Parmesan crisp. A little bit pricey, $2.89, but you still need some snacks now and then, so let's go ahead and grab those just so we've got something. Peanuts, although technically fit into a keto profile, they're technically a legume, not a nut, so not the biggest fan of having them, so a little bit higher carb content than I usually like. Six grams of carbs, two grams of fiber, not going to hurt you. If you're on a serious budget, then yeah, that will work well, but I'm going to stay away from those. Fresh veggies are always nice. When you're on a budget, frozen really works well simply because frozen honestly, it's flash frozen, so you're preserving a lot of the nutrients, so you're pretty solid there. Kombucha, kombucha can be tricky. See we still have a lot of carbs in kombucha. Six grams of carbs but servings per container two. Twelve grams of carbs, you're a third of the way through your carb content for the day so just be careful there. Now we're talking. This is the kind of stuff that I dig. All right, we've got good quality kimchi. Goat cheese is generally an A2 casein protein which means it doesn't have what's called BCM7 in it. I'm not going to go into exquisite detail, but basically it doesn't have the caseinates that cause an opioid reflux within your body, so you don't get that addiction that you get to normal cheese, but also, just much easier on the system, so goat cheese whenever you possibly can. Wild caught salmon is always best, but you don't usually find wild caught in a smoked form just because it usually is farmed in some ways. This was raised in Norway which has different standards than the U.S. When the U.S. has farm salmon, it's a big issue. Norway has pretty good standards. I happen to know that Norway is actually really solid with that. Atlantic salmon, salt, sodium lactate and beechwood smoked. Sodium lactate isn't a huge deal. That still is for all intents and purposes pretty naturally derived. This stuff is really good. Really good quality fat. Obviously get your nice omega-3 profile. Even though it's technically raised in Norway and it's technically probably farmed, it's still going to have a nice omega-3 omega-6 ratio so I'll go ahead and get that because that is a really good price. We do have some bison. That is not that cheap, but it's a good price for bison. We're talking $7.99 a pound is good. That's like right in the world of Costco prices. Bison is FDA regulated, so it cannot be eating grain. It has to be fed on pasture. Pasture-raised is the way we want to go, but also pasture-finished, and bison is going to have that. Don't hate on me for spending $15.00 or $16.00 on getting a couple things of bison right now because this is really, a little bit is going to go a long way. Veggies are actually great to get frozen. I mentioned it earlier, but they're flash frozen. Every time you harvest a vegetable and it goes onto the truck it's oxidizing. It's oxidizing and it's denaturing while it's on the truck. Baking cocoa. Just 100% cocoa. Again, not organic in this case, but it's $1.95. I'll mix this with almond milk, add a little bit of stevia, and make a delicious little treat that I could sip on. Perfect thing to have before bed, just hanging out after having some dinner, watching a little bit of TV with the family. It's a great little thing to have, so ... Cocoa is awesome. Don't think that it all has to have sugar in it. Just get it from the baking aisle, and if they were to have actual cocoa chocolate, chocolate bars, like baking chocolate, I would have grabbed some of that too. Just going to grab some heavy cream and we'll be out of here. Heavy whipping cream. As always, please keep it locked in here on my channel and if you want more of these videos, I need you to comment down below and say what kind of grocery store you want me to go to. I'm happy to fly to a different part of the country to really done one other different grocery store. I don't have Kroger's on the West Coast so maybe I'll fly somewhere to do a Kroger's.

Ketogenic Diet vs. Low Carb Diet: Thomas DeLauer
FREE Pack of Single Serves of My Keto Collagen with Every Order: http://www.perfectketo.com/thomas-delauer Ketogenic Diet vs. Low Carb Diet: Thomas DeLauer- Ketosis to Help Your Business? http://www.ThomasDeLauer.com/life-fitness-coaching -Ketosis is when your body turns to fat rather than carbohydrates for energy. Ketosis can occur during fasting, when you reduce the amount of carbs or calories in your diet, during pregnancy or after exercising for a long period of time. Many diets use ketosis as the means of burning fat while maintaining muscle - examples include the Atkins diet and other low-carb diets. This strategy can also lead to decreased hunger. How long does it take to kick your body into fat burning, ketosis mode? Roughly 3-4 days of consuming less than 50 carbs per day, the equivalent of 2 bananas. Benefits include weight loss, seizure prevention, cardiovascular health and type-2 diabetes help, to name a few. How does it Work? When glucose is in short supply, your liver will break down fats into ketones, which are then used throughout your body for energy. Muscles and other tissues in your body use ketones rather than glucose for energy metabolism. In a healthy person, the production of ketones for energy is the body’s natural response to starvation, so this happens when dieting, overnight and during fasting. Glucose or Ketones: Which is More Effective? Many brain diseases, such as epilepsy, are already being treated by the ketogenic diet. The mechanisms to why it helps the brain are still being studied, but there are some possible reasons that ketones seem to be a good energy source for the brain. One major Ketone, beta-hydroxybutyrate, or BHB, provides more energy per unit of oxygen than glucose, and thus may be even more efficient than glucose at providing energy to the brain. (3) -The ketogenic diet has also been found to increase the number of mitochondria in brain cells. In a 2004 study on rats, one group was fed a ketogenic diet while the other was fed a normal diet. A positive impact was found on the gene expression for mitochondrial enzymes in the hippocampus, the memory and learning center of the brain. (4) Ketosis and Body Water Composition: High fat and low carb diets are known to lead to fast weight loss. The fast weight loss is due to water weight being shed (5) -When you decrease carbs, you decrease water storage in the body. Who Can Benefit From Ketosis? If you are looking to shed some body fat, ketosis may be a good tool. This can go along with an exercise regimen as you maintain muscle while losing fat. Ketosis can also benefit those who need to boost brain power as energy may be utilized more effectively in the brain. *Be careful because those with diabetes can get too high of a level of ketones in their blood, which is very dangerous. This occurs due to the low levels of insulin in the blood, which will signal the body to produce excess ketones that will build up in the blood, making the blood pH too low. References: 1. The 3 Best & Worst Protein Sources for a Keto Diet
Special Discount on Grass-Finished Beef: http://www.butcherbox.com/thomasdelauer Click Here to Subscribe: http://Bit.ly/ThomasVid Website: http://ThomasDeLauer.com The 3 Best & Worst Protein Sources for a Keto Diet - Thomas DeLauer What are the best and the worst protein sources when you are on a ketogenic diet? It's not as simple as just getting your proteins and fats in. Honestly, if you really want to take care of your body you have to take it one step further and know where your protein sources are coming from, but also, what they're doing inside your body that you may not even be aware of. Hey, if you haven't already, make sure you hit that subscribe button. I post three to five videos per week, also live broadcasts, so you'll never miss a beat when it comes down to health, fasting, ketosis, workouts, you name it. If you're already a subscriber make sure you hit that little bell icon, so you can turn on notifications whenever I go live or post a new video. So, let's get straight to it. I'm going to lay out the three proteins that I think that you should focus on, and I'm going to lay out the three proteins that I think you should absolutely avoid at all costs, or at least try to reduce your consumption of. First off, salmon. It's kind of an obvious one, you would've expected Thomas DeLauer to be talking about salmon because it's higher fat, and it just makes sense on a ketogenic diet. But, I want to take it a little bit further than just traditional salmon. First off, let me explain why you want to make sure you're getting wild caught and not farmed. This is a story that you've probably heard before, but a lot of it has to do with what are called PCBs. PCBs stands for polychlorinated biphenyls, and what these PCBs do is they cause a lot of chaos with your autoimmune system in your body. What that means is that whenever you consume these PCBs it's tricking your immune system to actually start this cascade of different white blood cells and different immune responses that cause your body to fatigue. You may not feel it right at the front end, but you're going to feel it when it comes down to burning fat, having more energy, things like that, because your body is wasting resources on triggering up the immune system, than the resources it should be using to help you burn some fat, get in better shape, and feel great. What we're finding, particularly in a study that was published in the Journal of Science, is that salmon samples that were wild caught ended up not having too much in the way of PCBs. Still a little bit, because they were able to be consumed through whatever that fish was eating, and through the ocean, et cetera, et cetera. Salmon that was farm raised ended up having eight times as much in the way of PCBs. References 1) 11 Impressive Health Benefits of Salmon. (n.d.). 3 Things I learned Being 100lbs Overweight
Click Here to Subscribe: http://Bit.ly/ThomasVid Website: http://ThomasDeLauer.com Get the Apparel I Wear at http://Hylete.com 3 Things I learned Being 100lbs Overweight - Thomas DeLauer I wanted to be able to address three things that I've learned in my transformation. Three things that are a little bit different from what you might normally think and normally you think, oh I learned that the keto diet can help me lose weight or intermittent fasting can help me lose weight, or this and that. The reality is those things changed my life. They saved my life quite honestly, but you hear about those in every single video that I do. I used to sit in my car and just be quiet and be sad and kind of wallow in my own pity simply because it was me and the food and that was it and my relationship with food was superseding every other relationship in my life. So the first thing that I learned through my transformation was that I had to come to grips with my denial. They say that perception is reality for a reason, right? It's like whatever you look at with something. However you see something is however you make it. And I realize that once I changed my perception, things could change. But until then, my perception of myself was sad and depressed. I needed to understand what was going on and honestly this is so cliché, but I mean, accepting and understanding that you're in denial is probably the biggest step towards anything. The next thing that I've learned or that I couldn't stand okay was that how much intimacy played a role in my healing. when I was overweight, my libido was just garbage. I was destroyed, I had no libido. Now the question was, was my libido down because I was physically unhealthy and didn't have good libido or was my self-esteem so low that I just didn't have libido? The world may never know. I mean, the blood work shows that I was pretty unhealthy and I'm sure that played a role, but I actually like to think that it was more mental than anything. The intimacy, it just allowed me to feel better about myself and then it's perpetual, right? It's again, perception is reality. As you start seeing yourself in a different light, that becomes reality and it just compounds and compounds and compounds until next thing you know, you look down and you're not even the same person. Stress causes inflammation. Stress therefore causes you to eat more and the certain kinds of foods or obesity in general triggers inflammation.Inflammation was the root of everything. When you have two neural synapses or two neurons, okay. And there's the synaptic cleft in between them. You got two neurons that are sending a signal to each other. They're communicating. We have so many, just a labyrinth of different neural connections in our body. That's what creates just a network of so many different decisions and thought processes. Think trillions and trillions of these right, that just can dictate which path we go and when there's inflammation in your brain, these neurons can't communicate with each other. Their signal is disrupted literally by inflammation and that's what people don't understand is unhealthy foods and fast food and things like that, we are living in a cesspool of inflammation and we don't make the right decisions.

My Keto + Fasting Transformation & Why I Started this Channel
Click Here to Subscribe: http://Bit.ly/ThomasVid Website: http://ThomasDeLauer.com Get the Apparel I Wear at http://www.Hylete.com My Keto + Fasting Transformation & Why I Started this Channel - Thomas DeLauer Time for me to get a little bit more personal with you. I mean, you've seen a lot of my content, you might know some of my story, you might not. You might just think that I'm some guy on the internet that preaches a bunch of health advice, and talks about keto, and talks about fasting. Some of you that have been with me from inception of this channel know my story. You guys know my background, but I also recognize that this channel's growing fast, and a lot of people that joined this channel later on might not know what I've been through. They might not know that I weighed 280 pounds at one point. They might not know that I have a healthcare admin background. That might not know why I got into this in the first place. You see before I ever had any aspirations of doing anything on YouTube, or do anything on the internet really, I was somewhat of a regular guy. I mean, I was an athlete in high school. I was an athlete in school in general. I played rugby. I ran cross-country. I was a pretty in-shape person. You see, once I got out of school, life sort of took over, career, finance, everything like that. It all just became much more important than staying in shape. I had different priorities. See, I actually met my wife in high school. I've been with my wife for a very long time. Been with her since she was 14-years-old, and I was 16-years-old. Being with my wife for such a long period of time, I'm able to reflect back and recognize on so many different changes that I've made. My focus after getting out of school, after playing sports, was really on providing for my family, and doing the best that I could to achieve success in my career, achieve success for my family, a whole different idea of success. It had nothing to do with nutrition. I got into the world of healthcare. A long story short, I was an executive recruiter, and a physician recruiter for a period different. Then I went into the lab services industry. I managed a lot of physicians in the world of ancillary lab services, meaning what I did is I provided lab services to physicians. What I did, is I was able to provide physicians with the ability to do like salivary cortisol testing, way back before it was popular. I was able to provide other what are called ancillary lab services to concierge physicians. If you actually know my story, and you know my history, you know my medical background, then you know that that's not the case. I talk about this stuff because I know it works. I talk this stuff because I know it helps people. Man, and when I go to the airport, or when I go to events, and I go on the street, and I go to a coffee shops, and people approach me, and tell me that they've lost 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 100, 200, 300 pounds, utilizing the advice that I put there on the internet, that's what makes doing what I do worthwhile. To be able to reach a million subscribers is just this first milestone to know that I'm able to make an impact utilizing what I learned through my own experience. You might be wondering, "Does Thomas follow a ketogenic diet today? Does Thomas follow an intermittent fasting protocol today?" Well guess what? I do, and I don't, because I utilize what works for me at a given point in time. Sometimes I'm keto, sometimes I'm not, why? Because I'm fat-adapted. I'm keto-adapted now. I don't always have to be on a ketogenic diet, because I know that my mitochondria, my body is working in a fat-adapted state. Yes, all the different health gurus out there, the fitness gurus are going to come out there, and they're going to hate on that, and they're going to say, "There's no such thing as fat-adaptation, and it's calories in, calories out," okay, who cares? I know how my body is working now. I'm sharing that with you guys. I encourage every single person here that is changing their life, or has made any kind of change in their physical appearance, to look at it the same way. That is just a small chunk of your life. What you are living in right now, what you are consuming right now, the choice that you make this very second is what defines who you are this very second. Thank you all for helping me reach one million subscribers. This is going to be a ultimate channel for performance, nutrition, everything you could possibly need, whether it's keto, fasting, or you name it. I'm always going to be here for you. I'll see you guys in the next video. Thank you again. To one million more, and then two million more, and so on and so forth. See you soon.

Weed-killing chemical found in cereals, oat products, report says
Lab results found glyphosate, the active chemical ingredient in Monsanto's Roundup weed killer, in all but two of the 45 conventionally grown oat products that were tested. There is mounting evidence that it can cause cancer. At the very least, glyphosate should be considered a health risk. Eat and drink organic products if you can.
